These forms can be submitted at any time during the billing cycle. If you currently have a past due account balance, our system will attempt to resolve the issue once it has synced your new billing info.

In order to take effect on the next billing date (the 15th of the month), Cancellation Request Forms must be submitted

  • In the gym before close on the 10th day of the month.
    Or
  • Online before 10 pm on the 14th day of the month.

For example, a Cancellation Request Form received on May 5th will take effect on May 15th.  Note: There is no refund for partial usage of memberships.

Account Unfreezing must be done in person at the gym

Unfreeze your membership at any time by visiting the gym and filling out an Unfreeze Request Form. Your membership will be unfrozen and ready for use immediately. Members will be charged prorated dues on the day of the unfreeze to pay for any days remaining in the current billing cycle.

For Prepaid memberships, you will be charged the appropriate freeze fees on the day of the unfreeze. Your expiration date will be adjusted to account for the days that the membership was frozen.

Family Add

To add a member to your family membership, you will need to visit our front desk. Please note that only a spouse or child(ren) under 18 can be added to a family membership.

Family Remove

If you need to remove a member from your family membership, you can submit a cancellation form. Be sure to leave a note specifying that you are only removing a certian member(s) or else the entire account will be canceled.

Due to the competitive nature of Youth Program Waitlists, Base Camp, Club, Rec Team, and Competition Team memberships cannot be frozen without direct approval from a Quarry Coach.
