Info About Membership Changes

Change or Update Billing Information

These forms can be submitted at any time during the billing cycle. If you currently have a past-due account balance, our system will attempt to resolve the issue once it has synced your new billing info.

Cancel Your Membership

In order to take effect on the next billing date (the 15th of the month), Cancellation Request Forms must be submitted

  • In the gym before closing on the 10th day of the month.
    Or
  • Online before 10 pm on the 14th day of the month.

For example, a Cancellation Request Form received on May 5th will take effect on May 15th.  Note: There is no refund for partial usage of memberships.

Freeze Your Membership

In order to take effect on the next billing date (the 15th of the month), Freeze Request Forms must be submitted

  • In the gym before closing on the 10th day of the month.
    Or
  • Online before 10 pm on the 14th day of the month.

For example, a Freeze Request Form received on May 10th will take effect on May 15th.  Note: There is no refund for partial usage of memberships.

Policies

Memberships may only be frozen once per calendar year but can remain frozen for as long as you’d like.
Freeze fees: $5+tax/mos for Student or Individual Memberships. $10+tax/mos for Family Memberships.

Unfreeze Your Membership

Monthly EFT (auto-billed) Memberships 

You will need to pay prorated dues for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
We will automatically run your prorated dues via your membership’s attached method of payment. These payments are processed every 2–3 business days.
If you come in before the payment has been processed, staff may ask for you to pay in person. If you pay in person, you will not be double-billed.

Paid-In-Full (PIF) Memberships
You will need to visit our front desk to pay for your freeze fees. We do not store billing info for PIF Memberships, so you will need to bring a method of payment. The total number of days your account was frozen for will be added to the original end date of your PIF membership.

What are prorated dues?
We bill on the 15th of each month. Instead of charging you for an entire month of usage, we prorate accounts so that we are only charging you from the day that you unfreeze up to the next billing cycle.

Example: a student membership is $60/mos.  If you unfroze your student membership on May 1st, we would charge you about $30+tax, instead of the full monthly amount. On May 15th, your automatic billing will resume.

Memberships may also be unfrozen in person.
Family Membership Add/Remove

Family Add

To add a member to your family membership, you will need to visit our front desk. Please note that only a spouse or child(ren) under 18 can be added to a family membership.

Family Remove

If you need to remove a member from your family membership, you can submit a cancellation form. Be sure to leave a note specifying that you are only removing a certain member(s) or else the entire account will be canceled.

Youth Programs

Due to the competitive nature of Youth Program Waitlists, Club, Rec Team, and Competition Team memberships cannot be frozen without direct approval from a Quarry Coach.

Please include your full name, date of birth, request type, and an explanation of the errors you’re experiencing in your email.
